This is to keep bookkeeping more organized and to avoid having so many folders and sub folders. The original email was getting too much traffic and basically not enough time to go through and organize it all. At least with separate emails for volunteers (fosters, transporters etc), donations (all donors) and rescue’s (for general info, animal intakes, shelters, vets and everything else), we can have a general idea of what’s coming in and where to go for specific needs. It just makes life a lot easier!
